Voice, Speech & Public Speaking Preparation
Find Your Voice · Ground Your Presence · Communicate with Clarity & Confidence
These individual sessions are designed for people who want to develop a more grounded, confident and authentic presence in public speaking, professional communication and performance.
Speaking in front of others is not only about knowing what to say. The way we communicate is deeply connected to how we breathe, how we use our voice, how clearly we articulate our words, how we inhabit our body and how our nervous system responds to being seen and heard.
Under pressure, breathing can become shallow, the voice may lose stability, articulation can become less clear, the body can tighten and thoughts may begin to move faster than speech.
The sessions bring together vocal technique, speech and articulation work, breathwork, nervous system regulation, embodied presence, visualization and energetic alignment, creating an integrated approach to voice and communication.
Voice, Speech & Articulation
Alongside vocal and breathing techniques, we work practically with speech, articulation, diction and verbal expression.
We explore how words are formed and communicated, developing greater awareness of pronunciation, clarity, resonance, rhythm, pacing, pauses, emphasis and intention.
Targeted exercises help release unnecessary tension from the jaw, tongue, lips, throat and facial muscles, allowing speech to become clearer, freer and more natural.
We also explore the relationship between thought, breath and spoken language. Instead of allowing the mind to rush ahead, we learn to give the breath space to support the phrase, allowing each word to arrive with greater clarity and intention.
Depending on your individual needs, we can work directly with your own presentation, speech, interview material, professional introduction or performance text, transforming the session into practical preparation for a specific situation.
Beyond the Voice
This work is not only about:
“How do I sound?”
It also explores:
How do I feel when I am being seen and heard?
Can I remain connected to myself while speaking?
Can I communicate clearly without losing myself under pressure?
Can my voice carry my message without unnecessary tension or effort?
The intention is not to create an artificial or “perfect” public-speaking voice.
It is to discover and strengthen your natural voice — a voice that feels supported by the body, connected to the breath and aligned with what you genuinely want to communicate.
Presence Before Performance
Public speaking activates much more than the voice. For many people, visibility itself can trigger physical tension, accelerated thoughts, changes in breathing, self-consciousness or fear of making a mistake.
For this reason, part of the work focuses on what happens before you begin to speak.
Through breathing, grounding, visualization, body awareness and nervous system regulation, you develop practical tools for approaching presentations, meetings, interviews, speeches and performances with greater stability, clarity and presence.
Rather than trying to eliminate all nervousness, we learn how to work with activation so that it can become focused energy, presence and expressive power.
