An experiential voice and body journey inspired by the performance Judith
Judith opens doors to the Voice and the Soul and invites you to meet them within yourself.
She offers her hand on a journey of release — letting go of what is unnecessary, lifting the veils, and revealing what has long been hidden beneath the surface of your existence.
Judith embodies the liberated Feminine Principle.
She is the Descendant who heals the lineage — giving voice to what was suppressed, silenced, and swallowed by generations of women before her.
She becomes the voice for what the Feminine Principle of the world has carried in silence — the Feminine within every human being, beyond gender.
This workshop is a call to take responsibility.
To become conscious within this body, this existence, this incarnation.
To become the Descendant who heals, who uncovers what previous generations swept under the rug, and gives voice to what remained unspoken and turned into dis-ease.
Judith invites you, with courage, to leave fear behind and stand in balance —
between Yin and Yang, feminine and masculine energies, mind and heart.
At this inner crossing — where left and right hemispheres meet, where vertical and horizontal paths of existence intersect — your Voice is revealed.
Here, truth is not spoken.
It is sounded.

The Judith Workshop unfolds as a four-month immersive journey through eight symbolic Doors, each one a threshold into a deeper layer of emotional, energetic, and embodied awareness.
Each Door can be attended individually, though participation in the full journey is recommended for a more integrated and transformative experience.

About the Workshop
The Judith Workshop is a somatic and vocal journey where:
— the body connects through breath, chakras, and movement
— the voice becomes vibration and a tool for release and revelation
— emotions transform into gateways of self-awareness
— the soul realigns with its inner axis of truth
Based on the performance Judith by Leonora Christina Gaitanou — presented internationally in Bilbao, Bisbal, London, and Milan — this workshop brings the essence of the stage experience into the body, the voice, and lived presence.
Attendance at the performance is not required to participate.
