Bedtime Stories & Magic is a deeply soothing evening experience designed to gently calm the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for restful, nourishing sleep.

Through meditation, sound, scent, and nurturing presence, participants are guided into a dreamy, theta-brainwave state — a space between waking and sleep — where relaxation deepens and the inner world becomes soft and receptive.

This session invites a return to childhood safety and imagination, offering bedtime stories for adults and lullabies sung with a warm, maternal timbre. The environment supports deep rest, emotional comfort, and reconnection with the inner child.
