Leonora Christina is a mezzo-soprano, interdisciplinary performance artist, and holistic voice practitioner who integrates opera, voice, and sound with holistic therapies to create transformative experiences that reconnect people with their authentic selves. Through years of artistic research and holistic training, she has developed an integrative approach in which the human voice becomes a pathway to healing, self-awareness, and remembrance.

She is currently completing advanced professional training in Voice & Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST, UK) and is a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Leonora studied classical singing, opera, theatre, music, and dance while expanding her artistic language through Butoh dance, physical and ritual theatre, Aikido, Tai Chi, yoga, psychology, and systemic constellations. Alongside her artistic education, she has trained in a wide range of holistic disciplines, including Reiki, ThetaHealing, Pranic Healing, Aura-Soma, the Alexander Technique, the Alfred Tomatis psycho-phonological method, music and sound therapy, voice therapy, breathwork, drama therapy, play therapy, crystal healing, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, chakra work, and meditation.

Since 2009, Leonora has devoted her work to exploring healing through the intersection of art, voice, and consciousness. During the pandemic in 2021, she created her first full-length solo performance, Judith, inspired by Béla Bartók's Bluebeard's Castle. Through this work, she introduced the concept of opera as a therapeutic and ritual process, transforming the operatic experience into a space for emotional transformation, healing, and human connection.

Inspired by the philosophy of the ancient Asclepieia, where healing embraced the harmonious integration of body, mind, soul, and spirit, Leonora has conducted independent research into their holistic healing practices and their relevance to contemporary life.

Her work is founded on the belief that the human voice is one of our most innate healing instruments. She views many physical and emotional imbalances as expressions of a disconnection from one's authentic self and inner essence. Through breath, resonance, vibration, and conscious vocal expression, she guides people towards restoring nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with our inner voice.

Leonora offers individual Voice & Sound Therapy sessions and workshops, voice release sessions, couples sessions focusing on balancing feminine and masculine energies, and children's sessions to release fear that is stored in them through pandemic. She also facilitates group sound healing experiences using voice, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, creating immersive environments that promote deep relaxation and support the body's natural capacity for self-regulation and healing.

Alongside her therapeutic work with individuals and groups, Leonora also works with artists—particularly musicians, singers, and performers—supporting them in releasing physical tension, reconnecting with their breath, and freeing the natural voice. Her approach helps performers cultivate greater ease, authenticity, and expressive freedom in their artistic practice, while also addressing performance anxiety, stage fright, and the physical and emotional demands of professional performance.

Alongside her private practice in Greece and her studio in Zurich, Leonora collaborates with wellness centres, retreat spaces, detox hotels, yoga studios, and cultural organisations. She leads retreats, workshops, seminars, and lectures exploring the healing potential of the human voice, sound, ancient wisdom, and holistic living.

Together with four fellow musicians, Leonora co-created Enosis, a multidisciplinary sound healing ensemble featuring voice, piano, keyboards, gongs, and crystal singing bowls. Through immersive sound journeys and healing concerts, Enosis creates ritualistic musical experiences that invite audiences into states of deep presence, inner stillness, and collective healing.

Leonora's vision is to inspire a journey of remembrance—guiding people back to the awareness that we are whole beings, where body, heart, mind, and spirit exist in harmony. Through voice, sound, ritual, and conscious presence, she invites us to reconnect with our soul, harmonise and clear our energy centres, restore inner balance, and awaken the innate wisdom that already lives within us.

Inspired by the holistic philosophy of the ancient Asclepieia, where healing begins when we reconnect with our true essence. This reconnection awakens the body's natural capacity for self-healing, reminding us that each of us carries within the potential to become the healer of our own life.

A central intention of her work is the harmonisation of the feminine and masculine principles—within each individual and, by extension, within the collective. She believes that restoring the feminine qualities of connection, intuition, compassion, receptivity, creativity, nurturing and peace is essential to creating a more balanced, conscious, and heart-centred world.
